RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE DATE FOR FINAL BUDGET ADOPTION ON A PERMANENT BASIS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the specific date of August 30 is established by which the County budget is adopted, which date may be extended to October 2 by resolution of this Board; and

WHEREAS, the Board wished to adopt the later date on a permanent basis;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the time for final adoption of the budget shall be extended on a permanent basis to no later than October 2 and expenditures until that time shall be made in accordance with the Recommended Budget.
