SAN MATEO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,

NOTICE OF A SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING

(GOVERNMENT CODE § 54956)

Please take notice that the President of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, acting pursuant to the authority of Government Code §54956, hereby calls a special Closed Session meeting of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, to take place on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, located at 400 County Center, Redwood City, California 94063.

This special Closed Session is for the purpose of discussing the following business:

If you wish to speak to the Board, please fill out a speaker’s slip located on the table near the door. If you have anything that you wish distributed to the Board and included in the official record, please hand it to the Clerk of the Board who will distribute the information to the Board members and staff.

The meeting was called to order at 2:02 p.m.

Absent: None

No member of the public wished to speak.

CLOSED SESSION

The Board will adjourn to closed session to consider the following item. At the conclusion of closed session, the Board will reconvene in open session to report on any actions taken for which a report is required by law.

Title: County Counsel

The Board recessed to Closed Session at 2:03 p.m.

The Board reconvened the open session at 5:08 p.m. and County Counsel made the following report: No reportable action was taken.
