The following item is added to the consent agenda:

Resolution authorizing amended agreement with the Children and Families First Commission (CFFC) setting for the staffing and services that the Commission will be required to fund, adding one Management Analyst to assist in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan. |
| 2) | Resolution authorizing transfer of $100,000 from Other Foundation Grants (David and Lucile Packard Foundation) to various accounts for consultant services and the hiring and support of a Management Analyst (4/5ths vote required) | |
| 3) | Adoption of urgency ordinance amending the salary ordinance adding one Management Analyst-Unclassified position to continue the work of the CFFC in developing its Strategic Plan and to qualify for State funding, and waiver of reading the ordinance in its entirety | |
