RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MARIN DAY SCHOOLS 2001-2002 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY'S CHILD CARE CETNER "OUR PLACE" AND DESIGNATING EMPLOYEES OF NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS "SECOND TIER PRIORITY" FOR CHILDCARE SLOTS AT THE COUNTY'S CHILD CARE CENTER.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, County contracts with Marin Day Schools to operate the County's Child Care Center "Our Place" and ;

WHEREAS, the County's agreement with Marin Day Schools requires the approval of the annual budget and;

WHEREAS, the County desires to add employees of non-profit agencies as a "second tier priority" for childcare slots at the Center;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the 2001-2002 Marin Day Schools budget for the County Child Care Center is approved, and a second tier priority is established for admission of employees of non-profit organizations at the County Child Care Center.
