AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04060

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Parts 5 and 12 of the Ordinance are amended as indicated:

PART 5: SPECIAL COMPENSATION

Add the following section to the County Manager's Office

Employees in the classifications of Management Analyst I-II-III, Principal Management Analyst and Assistant Budget Manager in the County Manager's Office shall receive a 5.7% differential while involved in the Outcome Based Budgeting program.

PART 12: POSITION LISTING BY DEPARTMENT

ORGANIZATION 66000 SAN MATEO COUNTY HEALTH CENTER

1. Item F074S, Medical Technologist series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 15 positions.

ORGANIZATION 70000 HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY

1. Item E336, Lead Office Assistant, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 11 positions.

2. Item E334S, Office Assistant series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 45 positions.

3. Item G040S, Mental Health Case Worker series, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 13 positions.

SECTION 2. Part 5 of this ordinance is effective at the start of the first pay period following adoption. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
