RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION FROM THE SAN MATEO COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION FOUNDATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,500 FOR THE SANCHEZ ADOBE MASTER PLAN PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AGENCY TO EXECUTE AND SUBMIT ANY AGREEMENTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE DONATION AND SUBJECT PROJECT

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Parks and Recreation Foundation has raised $22,500 in donations for the Sanchez Adobe Master Plan Project;

WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo recognizes the need for funding of this project at Sanchez Adobe;

WHEREAS, San Mateo County policies require the Board of Supervisors approval through a resolution to accept donations in excess of $2,500; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors by adoption of this resolution hereby approves the acceptance of the San Mateo County Parks and Recreation Foundation donation in the amount of $22,500 for the Sanchez Adobe Master Plan Project; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Director of the Environmental Services Agency of the County of San Mateo accept the funds, use the aforementioned funds for the specified project and execute and submit any agreement amendments or other documents required to formalize the change in the use of funds for the Sanchez Adobe Master Plan Project.
