RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH IMAGEMAX,INC. FOR MICROFILM REGENERATION SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000, FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 9, 2002 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2002

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an agreement (reference to which is hereby made for further particulars) whereby ImageMax, Inc. will provide microfilm regeneration services to the Office of the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder commencing January 9, 2002 for a period not to exceed eight months, for an amount not to exceed $200,000; and;

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has been presented with documentation of the completion of the required request for proposal process resulting in the selection of ImageMax, Inc. as the contractor who will best serve the interests of the County in the provision of the desired services; and;

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has been presented with a form of the agreement and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into the agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Deputy Clerk of the Board shall attest the signature thereto.
