The biweekly salary for this position is $5692.00 to $7115.20. In addition to the approved salary and benefits for this position, it is recommended that the County provide the following: up to $25,000 per year additional compensation based on performance $10,000 of which is payable in March 2002, moving expenses of up to $10,000 if Ms Steiger relocates from Santa Rosa to San Mateo County within the next 24 months, equity sharing of up to $500,000 on the purchase of a home in the County; commute expenses of $1500 per month for four months, and one year's salary and benefits severance pay if Ms Steiger is involuntarily terminated during the first five years of employment. |
