RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF NOTICES OF COMPLETION FOR THE TRADE CONTRACTORS ON THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HALL OF JUSTICE RENOVATIONS, 400 COUNTY CENTER, REDWOOD CITY, CA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors did on February 15, 2000, award contracts to Multiple Trade Contractors for renovations to the 1^st, 3^rd. and 6^th. Floors of the San Mateo County Hall of Justice Building, Redwood City California and;

WHEREAS, Paul T. Scannell, Assistant County Manager, has certified that the work hereinabove mentioned was completed on May 3, 2001, in accordance with the provisions of said contracts and has recommended filing the Notices of Completion hereof;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Assistant County Manager be is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Notices of Completion and the County Recorder directed to record same.
