RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND GOLDEN GATE PRODUCE TERMINAL FOR THE LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE AT 131 TERMINAL COURT, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (LEASE NO. 1010)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the County of San Mateo and Golden Gate Produce Terminal entered into an agreement as amended on December 14, 1993 by Resolution No. 57839 and November 12, 1996 by Resolution No. 60694 and March 9, 1999 by Resolution No. 62613 for the property located at 131 Terminal Court, South San Francisco, California; and

 

WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend that agreement; and

 

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Fourth Amendment to the Agreement, and said Board, having examined and approved the Fourth Amendment as to both form and content, desire to enter into the Fourth Amendment.

 

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED.

1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute the Fourth Amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.

 

2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or execute on behalf of the County, any and all notices and documents in connection with this Fourth Amendment to Lease.
