Background |
Your Board approved the County's contract with Autros Hospital Systems by resolution number 62947 on July 13, 1999 for pharmacy systems software to provide patient registration, billing and medical information.

Discussion |
Autros Hospital Systems has been acquired by Baxter Healthcare Corporation effective January 8, 2002. Pursuant to section 12 of the County's existing agreement, written consent is required for any assignment in whole or in part.
