RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JESKELL, INC., FOR THE ACQUISITION OF HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE SMART AND VACS SYSTEMS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into an agreement with Jeskell Inc., to provide hardware, software and professional services in the amount of $180,000; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance, an agreement between the County of San Mateo and Jeskell Inc., reference towhich is hereby made for further particulars; and

WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved the agreement as to both form and content and desires to approve them:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that the President of this Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to approve an agreement to execute said agreement with Jeskell Inc., for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board of Supervisors shall attest the President's signature thereto.
