RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ALLEN/LOEB ASSOCIATES

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on December 21, 1999, the County of San Mateo entered into an agreement with Allen/Loeb Associates for the furnishing of evaluation services as set forth in that agreement; and

WHEREAS, it is now the mutual desire and intent of the parties to amend the agreement; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of a first amendment to the agreement with Allen/Loeb Associates and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into said amendment:

NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.
