RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR A NON-CONFORMING DRIVEWAY - LAND OF BREUNER

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, Jay John Breuner and Michele S. Breuner are the owners of real property in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and have requested the issuance of a Building Permit from the County to construct an attached garage fronting Sylvan Way right-of-way; and

WHEREAS, Permittees have agreed to execute a recorded agreement to reconstruct the non-conforming driveway at Permittee's expense upon demand of County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Agreement by and between the County of San Mateo and Jay John Breuner and Michele S. Breuner are hereby approved, and the President and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors be, and they are hereby, authorized to sign name for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
