BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A 4-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF HAMILTON WAY, WOODLAND WAY AND KATAOKA COURT IN THE EMERALD HILLS AREA OF UNINCORPORATED SAN MATEO COUNTY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the County of San Mateo has recommended that a 4-Way Stop be erected at the intersection in the unincorporated area of the County of San Mateo, to wit:

HAMILTON WAY, County Road No. 442-B

WOODLAND WAY, County Road No. 443

KATAOKA COURT, County Road No. 1475

And

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors finds it necessary and desirable that said "STOP" signs should be erected as recommended by the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:

1.

That traffic traveling north and northwesterly on Hamilton Way at the intersection with Woodland Way and Kataoka Court shall stop and yield the right-of-way before entering the intersection: and

2.

That traffic traveling northeasterly on Woodland Way at the intersection with Hamilton Way and Kataoka Court shall stop and yield the right-of-way before entering the intersection: and

3.

That traffic traveling southeasterly on Kataoka Court at the intersection with Hamilton Way and Woodland Way shall stop and yield the right-of-way before entering the intersection.
