Discussion |
At its regular meeting of February 5, 2002, this Board approved the County of San Mateo Pooled Fund Investment Policy for 2002. Subsequently, it was discovered by the Office of the Tax Collector/Treasurer that the list of Instrument Limitations on page 5 of the Policy contained a typographical error. The maturity date for Bankers Acceptances was listed erroneously as 270 days. The correct maturity date, as specified by the Government Code, is 180 days. |

It is therefore recommended that the Board adopt a resolution amending the policy to correct the error. |
