AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04060

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

ORGANIZATION 66000 SAN MATEO COUNTY HEALTH

Item F009S, Patient Care series, is increased by 3 positions for a new total of 243 positions.

ORGANIZATION 68500 COMMUNITY CLINICS

1.

Item B170, Supervising Physician - unclassified, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions.

ORGANIZATION 70000 HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY

1.

Item G237S, Employment Services Specialist series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 15 positions.

2.

Item B143S, Employment Services Specialist - unclassified series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 3 positions.

3.

Item G230S, Human Services Analyst series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 13 positions.

4.

Item G232, Human Services Supervisor, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 39 positions.

VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS

1.

The salary range for item A010 Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder is changed to 6663. The salary range for item A012 Controller is changed to 6388. The salary range for item A014 Coroner is changed to 4837. The salary range for item A018 District Attorney is changed to 8675. The salary range for item A024 Sheriff is changed to 7750. The salary range for item A054 Tax Collector-Treasurer is changed to 5675.

SECTION 2. The Various Organizations part of this ordinance is effective on December 23, 2001. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
