RESOLUTION CORRECTING TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR

IN INVESTMENT POLICY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

WHEREAS, the County Pooled Fund Investment Policy for 2002 was previously approved by this Board on February 5, 2002, and;

WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct a typographical error on page 5 of the Policy that erroneously lists the maximum maturity date of Bankers Acceptances as "270 days", when the correct maturity date is "180 days";

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the Investment Policy as approved to substitute "180 days" for "270 days" as the correct maximum maturity date for Bankers Acceptances for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest his signature hereto.
