Proposed Annexation of the Lands of Forcari to the Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District

Lot 5 and a portion of Ridgeway Road, as said Lot and Road are shown on the map entitled "Woodside Hills Unit No. 6, Town of Woodside, San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of County of San Mateo, State of California, on October 25, 1966, in Book 65 of Maps at Pages 42 and 43, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 5, said point also being an angle point in the Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance district boundary as established by Resolution No. 46996; Thence from said Point of Beginning southwesterly along said district boundary and along the northwesterly line of said Lot, 266.56 feet to the westerly corner of said Lot; Thence leaving said district boundary, southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said Lot, 171.15 feet to the southerly corner thereof; Thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot and its northeasterly prolongation, 255.72 feet to the southerly corner of Lot 6 as shown on said map and a point in the northeasterly line of said Ridgeway Road; Thence in a northwesterly direction along said northeasterly line of Ridgeway Road, 225 feet more or less to the westerly corner of Lot 6; Thence leaving said northeasterly line, southwesterly in a direct line, crossing Ridgeway Road, 50 feet more or less the northerly corner of said Lot 5 and the Point of Beginning.
