NOTICE OF HEARING

ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE FAIR OAKS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed annexation of the Lands of Brett, said property being located at 1711 East Bayshore Road, Redwood City area (APN #'s 054-030-190/230/250) into the Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District. A copy of the legal description of the territory proposed for annexation is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo and may be inspected in said office during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
