Resolution Declaring that Portion of San Juan Avenue between Ferdinand Avenue and Navarra Avenue to be a County-Maintained Road |

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that |

WHEREAS, property owners adjacent to San Juan Avenue between Ferdinand Avenue and Navarra Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A", have petitioned this Board to make improvements to said road and have committed to pay for a portion of said improvements as provided by this Board's policy on assessment districts; and |
|
WHEREAS, this Board has considered the request of the property owners and has caused assessments to be calculated and held the necessary public hearings to facilitate levying of assessments after the construction is complete, and |
|
WHEREAS, that portion of San Juan Avenue between Ferdinand Avenue and Navarra Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A", is currently not a County maintained road; and |
|
WHEREAS, it is necessary to declare said portion of San Juan Avenue a County maintained road in order to facilitate said construction. |
|
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that San Juan Avenue between Ferdinand Avenue and Navarra Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made apart hereof, is hereby declared to be a maintained road of the County of San Mateo. |
