RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR REAL ESTATE SUPPORT SERVICES

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, COUNTY on September 28, 1999, this Board approved and entered into an agreement with the San Mateo County Transportation Authority whereby the County agreed to provide real estate support services to the Authority; and

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the agreement; and

WHEREAS, an amendment to the agreement for such services has been proposed and reviewed by this Board, which desires to enter into same;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute the first amendment to agreement with the San Mateo County Transportation Authority for real estate support services, on behalf of the County, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest to his signature thereto.
