RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND VERIZON WIRELESS MESSAGING SERVICES FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PAGING EQUIPMENT AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE AND RECORDS (LEASE NO. 5286)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a permit agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the County of San Mateo agrees to grant permission to Verizon Wireless Messaging Services to install, operate and maintain paging equipment at the Hall of Justice and Records in Redwood City, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in said agreement; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such agreement and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desire to enter into same:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED

1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Permit Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.

2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or execute, on behalf of the County, any and all notices in connection with the Permit Agreement.
