AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04060

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

ORGANIZATION 19500 CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FIRST PROGRAM

1.

Item B182S, Community Program Specialist - unclassified series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 3 positions.

ORGANIZATION 30000 SHERIFF'S OFFICE

1.

Item E375, Legal Office Specialist, is increased by 10 positions for a new total of 44 positions.

2.

Item V230, Information Technology Technician, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.

3.

Item B271, Program Services Manager II - unclassified, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.

4.

Item E372S, Legal Office Assistant series, is increased by 4 positions for a new total of 6 positions.

ORGANIZATION 32000 PROBATION DEPARTMENT

1.

Item D163, Probation Services Manager I, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 20 positions.

2.

Item C001S, Deputy Probation Officer series, is increased by 8 positions for a new total of 159 positions.

3.

Item C004, Group Supervisor I, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 54 positions.

4.

Item E375, Legal Office Specialist, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 22 positions.

5.

Item E372S, Legal Office Assistant series, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 17 positions.

6.

Item E368, Public Services Specialist, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 8 positions.

ORGANIZATION 66000 SAN MATEO COUNTY HEALTH CENTER

1.

Item F081, Imaging Specialist, is added to the Radiologic Technologist staffing pattern. The salary is set at range 3213.

2.

Item F082, Lead Imaging Specialist, is added to the Radiologic Technologist staffing pattern. The salary is set at range 3454.

3.

Item F045, Lead Electrograph Technician, is added to the Radiologic Technologist staffing pattern. The salary is set at range 2463.

4.

The salary range for item F126, Supervising Radiologic Technologist, is changed to 3310.

ORGANIZATION 68500 COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINICS

1.

Item F012, Charge Nurse, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 7 positions.

SECTION 2. Parts Organization 30000 and 32000 are effective on July 1, 2002. Part Organization 19500 is effective 30 days following adoption. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
