RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION OF CARPETING AND INSTALLATION FROM CEI FLOORING, INC. IN THE APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF $10,000.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration a request to accept a donation of carpeting and installation from CEI Flooring, Inc. in the approximate amount of $10,000 to re-carpet the County's press room.

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to accept said donation, saving the taxpayers ten thousand dollars.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this Board of Supervisors hereby accept said donation from CEI Flooring, Inc.
