Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreement Between San Mateo County and City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG) for Funding of the Resurfacing of Haven Avenue and La Mesa Drive in the Belle Haven and Ladera Areas (County Project No. R8P00 - F36 [305B])

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, Program for Repair/Maintenance of Streets Utilized by Transit Vehicles (RMSUTV) funding is available from City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG) to partially reimburse the County for a portion of the project costs for the resurfacing of Haven Avenue and La Mesa Drive; and

WHEREAS, funding of said program is administered by City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG); and

WHEREAS, a Program Agreement is required in order to receive said RMSUTV funding for said project; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a form of Program Agreement and this Board has reviewed and considered same:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:

That the President of the Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute two (2) copies of said Program Agreement with the City/County Association of Governments for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo and the signature of the Clerk of the Board shall attest thereto.
