RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND MANTOANI PROPERTIES FOR OFFICE SPACE AT 785 MAIN STREET, HALF MOON BAY, CALIFORNIA (LEASE NO. 1196)
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1994 the County of San Mateo and Mantoani Properties entered into an agreement for the lease of office space for property located at 785 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, California and as amended on November 17, 1998 and on December 18, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend that agreement; and
WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Third Amendment to Lease and said Board, having examined and approved the amendment as to both form and content, desires to enter into the Third Amendment to Lease:
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED
1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Third Amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.
2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or execute on behalf of the County, any and all notices and documents in connection with this Third Amendment to Lease.
