RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT FROM MR. & MRS. DAVID POPKY IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,000

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration a request to accept a donation of a used stove, freezer and dishwasher from Mr. & Mrs. David Popky of 930 La Senda Road in Hillsborough in the approximate amount of $7,000 to outfit Fire Station 17 in Belmont;

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to accept said donation;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this Board of Supervisors hereby accept said donation from Mr. & Mrs. Popky.
