Resolution Adopting Minimum Road Standards for Future Road Improvements in the North Fair Oaks Area (Project No. R4H00 - F100 [4])

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, with input from the North Fair Oaks Council and property owners through surveys and public meetings, has developed minimum road standards as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, to be used in future road improvement projects in the identified sub-areas of North Fair Oaks; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and considered same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that minimum road standards as listed on Exhibit "A" shall be used as the minimum road standards for future road improvements in the identified sub-area of North Fair Oaks.
