RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND FAMIAT ENTERPRISES FOR THE LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE AT
131 TERMINAL COURT, BUILDING A, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (LEASE NO. 1230) |

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that |
|
WHEREAS, on May 18, 1999 the County of San Mateo and Famiat Enterprises entered into a Lease Agreement as authorized by Resolution No. 62779, for office space located at 131 Terminal Court, Building A, South San Francisco, California; and |
|
WHEREAS, the parties now wish to amend that agreement; and |
|
WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such First Amendment To Lease and said Board having examined and approved the First Amendment as to both form and content, desire to enter into the First Amendment. |
|
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED 1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment To Lease for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto. |
|
2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or execute on behalf of the County, any and all notices and documents in connection with this First Amendment to Lease. |
