RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYEE AND PUBLIC SERVICES TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH KEITH A. HILLEGASS & CO., INC.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and ratification an agreement with for, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, which provides for services for the period commencing, and ending, and;

WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved the Agreement as to both form and content and desires to ratify and adopt the same;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the Director of Employee and Public Services to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
