RESOLUTION RATIFYING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR MEDI-CAL/HEALTHY FAMILIES OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT ACTIVITIES

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Agreement with the State Department of Health Services for funding for Medi-Cal/Healthy Families outreach and enrollment activities; and

WHEREAS, is it in the best interest of the County to enter into agreement the Agreement with the State Department of Health Services for this funding; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with the Agreement and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to ratify the Agreement:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the actions to execute the Agreement with the State Department of Health Services is hereby authorized and ratified.
