RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC., EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY THREE YEARS TO JUNE 30, 2005.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

WHEREAS, on May 4, 1999, the County of San Mateo and Turbo Data Systems, Inc. entered into an Agreement (Resolution No. 62768) for citation processing and adjudication of County Agency-issued parking citations; and

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to exercise the renewal option and extend the term of the existing Agreement by 36 months to expire June 30, 2005; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Amendment No. 1 with Turbo Data Systems, Inc., and said Board having examined and approved Amendment No. 1 as to both form and content, desire to enter into same; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board of Supervisors shall attest his signature thereto.
