RESOLUTION AMENDING THE AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITIES OF ATHERTON, BELMONT, BRISBANE, BURLINGAME, COLMA, DALY CITY, EAST PALO ALTO, FOSTER CITY, HALF MOON BAY, HILLSBOROUGH, MENLO PARK, MILLBRAE, PACIFICA, PORTOLA VALLEY, REDWOOD CITY, SAN BRUNO, SAN CARLOS, SAN MATEO,

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, AND WOODSIDE

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance, an amendment to the agreement for Animal Control Services between the Cities of Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, Woodside, and the County of San Mateo changing methods of cost allocation; and

WHEREAS, this Board is presented with such amendment and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT THE PRESIDENT OF THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to adopt said amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest her signature thereto.
