An Ordinance Adding Section 7.44.180 to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code Establishing a Disabled Parking Zone on a Portion of Farallone Avenue - Montara Area

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 7.44.180 is hereby amended and added to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code to read as follows:

Section 7.44.180 FARALLONE AVENUE, COUNTY ROAD NO. 1149.

A disabled parking zone on the westerly side of Farallone Avenue, beginning at a point 40 feet southerly of the centerline intersection with Tenth Street, then continuing to a point 70 feet southerly of the said intersection for a total of 30 feet.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
