RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AN AMENDMENT TO GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM STANFORD UNIVERSITY FOR A FOOT AND HORSE PATH ADJACENT TO SAND HILL ROAD (NO. 1165)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, County desires to continue the use of an easement for an unpaved foot and horse path; and

WHEREAS, Leland Stanford University is agreeable to granting the Amendment To Grant of Easement; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Amendment To

Grant of Easement for the extension of the easement and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute and accept said Amendment To Grant of Easement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.

2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept and execute, on behalf of the County, any and all notices in connection with the Amendment To Grant of Easement.
