AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04125

 

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Part 5 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

 

Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's Property Officers assigned as lead worker over other Property Officers shall receive premium pay at the rate of 10% of his/her salary in addition to all other compensation. Only one employee at a time may be so assigned.

 

SECTION 2. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

 

ORGANIZATION 30000 SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Item B003, Senior Accountant - unclassified, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions.

   

2.

Item E009, Senior Accountant, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 2 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 32000 PROBATION DEPARTMENT

 

1.

Item B119S, Deputy Probation Officer - unclassified series, is decreased by 5 positions for a new total of 0 positions.

   

2.

Item C001S, Deputy Probation Officer series, is increased by 5 positions for a new total of 164 positions.

   

3.

Item B116, Group Supervisor I - unclassified, is decreased by 3 positions for a new total of 0 positions.

   

4.

Item C004, Group Supervisor I, is increased by 3 positions for a new total of 56 positions.

   

5.

Item B241, Probation Services Manager I - unclassified, is decreased by 2 positions for a new total of 0 positions.

   

6.

Item D163, Probation Services Manager I, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 22 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 60000 FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES

 

1.

Item E436S, Fiscal Office Assistant series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions.

   

2.

Item E337, Office Specialist, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 2 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 61000 MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

 

1.

Item F128, Supervising Child Psychiatrist, is added to the Supervising Physician flexibly staffed pattern. The salary is set at range 6985.

 

ORGANIZATION 63000 CORRECTIONAL HEALTH

 

1.

Item F009S, Patient Care series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 37 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 70000 HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY

 

1.

Item R001S, Housing and Community Development Specialist series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 6 positions.

   

2.

Item G230S, Human Services Analyst series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 14 positions.

 

SECTION 3. Part Organization 61000 of this ordinance is effective June 23, 2002. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
