The salary range for item D210, Chief Financial Officer, San Mateo Medical Center is increased to range 5686.

2.

Based on performance, the classification of D210, Chief Financial Officer, San Mateo Medical Center, is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to $8,000.

ORGANIZATION 70000 HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY

1.

Item G230S, Human Services Analyst series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 13 positions.

2.

Item V230, Information Technology Technician, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 8 positions.

3.

Item V235, Information Technology Analyst, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 10 positions.
