RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TERMINATION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT ("LEASE") BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND IPRINT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("IPRINT.COM"), FOR THE USE OF UNIMPROVED LAND FOR PARKING PURPOSES ON VETERANS BOULEVARD, REDWOOD CITY (LEASE NO. 5278)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Lease is scheduled to expire on October 31, 2005. Both parties wish to terminate the Lease effective September 30, 2002:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That termination of the Lease is hereby ordered and authorized.

2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby ordered and authorized to execute on behalf of the County, any and all termination notices or documents necessary to effect the termination of the Lease.

3. That all actions heretofore taken by the Officers of the County with respect to the termination of such Lease are hereby approved, confirmed and ratified.
