An amendment to the agreement with the City of South San Francisco to fund an affordable housing development program with HOME Program funds for FY 2002-03, increasing the amount by $400,000 to $900,000, no Net County Cost

The Director or her designee to execute amendments and minor modifications, not to exceed $25,000 per funding source

An amendment to the agreement with the Lesley Foundation to provide funding for the development of affordable senior housing, increasing the amount by $1,000,000 to $2,202,269, no Net County Cost

The Director of Human Services Agency to execute subsequent amendments and minor modifications, not to exceed $25,000, no Net County Cost

Resolution (065582) authorizing the Director of Housing to execute an agreement with the County of San Mateo to:

1)

Allow the Housing Authority to install and maintain a pedestrian bridge that would be partially within the Nevin Way right-of-way

Reimburse the Housing Authority for the cost of the sidewalk installed by the Housing Authority in the right-of-way

Resolution (065584) authorizing an agreement on behalf of the County of San Mateo with the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo:

 

1)

Allowing the Authority or its agents to install and maintain a pedestrian bridge that would partially be within the Nevin Way right-of-way, and a concrete sidewalk entirely within the Nevin Way right-of-way

 

2)

Reimbursing the Authority for the cost of the sidewalk that was constructed by the Authority in the Nevin Way right-of-way prior to our completing our portion of the pedestrian walkway work (continued from the September 17, 2002 meeting)

Resolution (065585) awarding a contract to CBC Construction Company for the construction of accessibility modifications and restroom facilities at Flood County Park, Menlo Park area, in an amount not to exceed $330,000
