Resolution Adopting the Design Standards for Edison Way Between 1^st Avenue and
5^th Avenue and Edison Way Between 5^th Avenue and 11^th Avenue
(Project No. R7F00 - F-36 [305D])

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the property owners on Edison Way between 1^st Avenue and 11^th Avenue were surveyed by the Department of Public Works to determine their preference for street improvements; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended, based on the survey results, that Edison Way between 1^st Avenue and 11^th Avenue be reconstructed to the minimum road standards adopted by this Board for the North Fair Oaks Area and preferred by the property owners; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and considered same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Director of Public Works is authorized to develop plans and specifications for the reconstruction of Edison Way between 1^st Avenue and 5^th Avenue using a 33-foot-wide road with curb and gutter on either side; Edison Way between 5^th Avenue and 7^th Avenue using a 22-foot-wide road with 3-foot valley gutter on the industrial side and 2-foot valley gutter on the residential side; and Edison Way between 7^th Avenue and 11^th Avenue using a 22-foot-wide road with 3-foot valley gutter on either side.
