AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04125

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 5 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

Controller's Office. Senior Internal Auditors assigned to conduct operational/management audits shall receive a 10% differential for all hours worked in said assignment.

SECTION 2. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

SECTION 3. Section 1 of this ordinance is effective at the start of the first pay period following adoption. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
