Resolution Concurring in the Transfer of 0.0212823700 of the Property Tax Apportionment in Tax Code Area 21-014 from the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District to the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District | |

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that | |
WHEREAS, this Board has been informed by both the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District and the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District that they have approved a transfer of 0.0212823700 of the Property Tax Apportionment in Tax Code Area 21-014 from the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District to the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District; and | |
WHEREAS, the purpose of said transfer is to provide the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District with additional funding in order to finance the maintenance of drainage facilities that are a benefit to the property owners in both the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District and the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District; and | |
WHEREAS, this Board has considered the Property Tax Apportionment transfer as approved by both the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District and the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District. | |
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this Board: | |
1. |
concurs in the transfer of 0.0212823700 of the Property Tax Apportionment in Tax Code Area 21-014 from the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District to the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District; |
2. |
hereby directs the Clerk of this Board to notify the County Controller of said approval of the transfer of said Property Tax Apportionment in Tax Code Area 21-014 from the Ravenswood Highway Lighting District to the East Palo Alto Drainage Maintenance District by sending the Controller a copy of this resolution; and |
3. |
hereby requests the Controller to make the necessary adjustments in the property tax revenue as provided by Section 99.02(a) et. al. of the State of California Revenue and Taxation Code. |
