RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND PENINSULA LIBRARY SYSTEM FOR OFFICE SPACE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF
32 W. 25^TH AVENUE, SAN MATEO (LEASE NO. 1204)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a Lease Agreement for real property, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the County of San Mateo shall lease from Peninsula Library System a portion of the second floor of that certain building at 32 W. 25^th Avenue, Suite 203A, San Mateo in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in said agreement, and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a Lease and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Lease Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto; and

IT IS FURTHER DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or execute on behalf of the County, any and all written notices and documents in connection with the Lease Agreement and to take such actions as are required to enforce the Lease Agreement including, but not limited to, termination of the Lease Agreement under the terms set forth therein.
