RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONCESSION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND GOLDEN GATE HELICOPTERS, LLC dba DIAMOND AVIATION
FOR THE OPERATION OF A CONCESSION AT 620 AIRPORT DRIVE
AT THE SAN CARLOS AIRPORT

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on March 21, 2000 the County of San Mateo and Golden Gate Helicopters, LLC dba Diamond Aviation ("Diamond Aviation") entered into a Concession Agreement as authorized by Resolution Number 63483 for the operation of a concession at 620 Airport Drive at the San Carlos Airport; and

WHEREAS, the parties now wish to amend that agreement; and

 

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a First Amendment to Concession Agreement with Diamond Aviation, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the County of San Mateo and Diamond Aviation agree to amend the agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in said First Amendment to Concession Agreement; and

 
 

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such agreement and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same:

 

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

    1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said First Amendment to Concession Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.

    2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or issue on behalf of the County, any and all notices and documents in connection with the Concession Agreement as amended by this First Amendment to Concession Agreement and to take such actions as are required to enforce the Concession Agreement including, but not limited to, termination of the Agreement under the terms set forth therein.
