AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04125

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

The salary for Item A018, District Attorney, is adjusted by an additional 2% on each of the following dates: January 5, 2003, January 4, 2004 and January 2, 2005.
