AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04125

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 10 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

VACATION

The limitation in the accumulation of vacation time established by Ordinance Code section 2.28.110 shall be increased for the County Manager and the County Counsel by 265.2 hours. The County Manager and the County Counsel may once each year receive a cash payment for up to 160 hours of accumulated vacation.

SECTION 2. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS

The salary range for item A010 Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder is changed to 6930. The salary range for item A012 Controller is changed to 7269. The salary range for item A014 Coroner is changed to 5628. The salary range for item A024 Sheriff is changed to 8293. The salary range for item A054 Tax Collector-Treasurer is changed to 5760.

SECTION 3. This ordinance is effective on December 22, 2002.
