AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART 10 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 04125

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 10 of Ordinance 4125 is amended to read as follows:

VACATION

The County Manager and the County Counsel shall accrue vacation at a rate of 13.85 hours for each bi-weekly pay period, with accumulation of vacation accrual limited to 650 hours. The County Manager and the County Counsel may once each year receive a cash payment for up to 160 hours of accumulated vacation.

SECTION 2 This ordinance shall be effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
