RESOLUTION REPLACING THE ANNUAL AUDIT OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT WITH A BIENNIAL AUDIT COVERING A TWO-YEAR PERIOD

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Mateo County Resource Conservation District has voted unanimously to request, pursuant to Government Code section 26909, that the Board of Supervisors adopt a Resolution replacing the annual audit of the San Mateo County Resource Conservation District with a biennial audit covering a two-year period for the purpose of reducing operation costs;

WHEREAS, this Board has voted unanimously to approve said request;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the annual audit of the San Mateo County Resource Conservation District be replaced with a biennial audit covering a two-year period.
