BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA SITTING AS THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGENCY PLAN FOR FY 2003-04 AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF HOUSING AND/OR THE MANAGER OF HOUSING OPERATIONS TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO CERTIFY THE PLAN

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors sitting as the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, State of California; that

WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that housing authorities adopt an Agency Plan, which outlines the housing programs they intend to operate and how the programs will be operated; and

WHEREAS, HUD regulations requires that a paper certification be submitted to document that the plan was created according to the regulations; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed the Agency Plan for FY 2003-04.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:

The Agency Plan is approved and that the Director of the Office of Housing and/or the Manager of Housing Operations are authorized to execute any documents required by HUD to have the plan approved or certify by HUD.
